Our team in Qingdao communicates directly with manufacturers and supports product development, production follow-up and quality coordination. This structure reduces dependence on remote communication and creates a clear path for decisions and escalation.
The Dutch team translates the business requirement into a clear sourcing assignment and remains the central point of contact.
The China team works directly with suppliers and follows agreed activities locally throughout the sourcing process.
