Prowal International BV provides sourcing, supplier coordination, quality follow-up and related advisory services. The exact scope of services is defined per project and may be subject to separate agreements.

Information provided on this website or during an intake does not constitute a binding offer. All quotations, timelines and conditions are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information, including specifications, requirements and documentation necessary for the requested services.

Prowal may work with suppliers, logistics partners or other third parties. While we exercise due care in partner selection, Prowal is not liable for the independent actions or omissions of third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, structure and branding, is the intellectual property of Prowal International BV unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is not permitted.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during an intake or collaboration is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating or executing the requested services, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed otherwise.

Prowal’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. Prowal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, delays or business interruption.

Prowal shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions or supply chain interruptions.
