Information provided on this website or during an intake does not constitute a binding offer. All quotations, timelines and conditions are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
3. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information, including specifications, requirements and documentation necessary for the requested services.

Prowal may work with suppliers, logistics partners or other third parties. While we exercise due care in partner selection, Prowal is not liable for the independent actions or omissions of third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Prowal shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions or supply chain interruptions.
